H-E-B Texas Life Magazine
Part lifestyle catalogue, part recipe book, part tips and advice, H-E-B Texas Life Magazine is published quarterly to tout exceptional food and products at the beloved H-E-B Grocery Store. My role as Art Director was to sketch concepts of photography and product and/or food placement, collaborate with the photographer and food stylist to create dynamic scenes, and work with H-E-B representatives to showcase seasonal products. I also managed a photo editor throughout each issue.

Tex Fest
Tex Fest is H-E-B’s celebration of all foods and products that are Texas-made. The cover features a deconstructed Texas flag theme using fruit and flowers in appropriate color boxes. The inside images and design are a continuation of the Texan celebration using confetti and Texas colors.

The Grill Issue
The juicy Grill Issue comes out every year during summer to highlight H-E-B’s exceptional choice meat. Would you expect anything less for Texans? The cover features a simple and straightforward approach, allowing the plate to be the shining star. Inside pages carry the refined theme to allow all recipes and products to be the mouth-watering treat.
